Orders:
Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.

Pricing & Payment:
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are processed after full payment.

Returns & Replacements:
Accepted only in case of manufacturing defects. A 360° opening video showing all sides of the product is mandatory. The request must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original packaging..

Liability:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays.
