Since many of our items are made to order, we maintain a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Order Cancellation:
Orders for personalized or handmade products cannot be canceled once confirmed. For non-customized items, cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch.

Returns & Replacements:
Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect. A 360° unboxing video showing the item from all sides is mandatory for return validation. Requests must be raised through WhatsApp +91-8160189919, within 2 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Customized, personalized, or handcrafted products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
